Virgin Voyages is seeking wellness warriors, epic event hosts, fabulous foodies, close-up magicians, party starters, gamers and artists to join our Happenings cast onboard our ships to create and deliver one of a kind experiences for our Sailors.

Each member of the cast focuses on a specific topic or theme they are experts in and pass that passion and knowledge on to our Sailors all voyage long. From art class to bar crawl, Happenings make it all happen.

We’re looking for personable, outgoing, confident and unique humans who are ready to jump on board and rock the boat!

ROLES:

THE ARTIST - Visual artist, preferably of multiple mediums. Really good at explaining the artistic process to others. Able to guide novice artists through a project to completion. Enjoy being watched creating art and can create in loud, disruptive spaces. 

 

THE GAMER - Expert gamer, especially with old school board games. Ability to quickly learn new games and teach them on the fly. Ability to engage an audience and make things seem super cool and relevant. Be able to update content of games based on current events and guest demographics. Ready to play with guests and make them feel comfortable and at ease.  This role is NOT focused on video gaming.

 

THE CHARMER - Magician with excellent close up skills. Ability to go with the flow and perform anytime/anywhere. Ability to hold an audience of one to one hundred. Ability to teach moments of magic to guests.

 

THE FOODIE - Knowledgeable about the culinary world. Not necessarily a master chef, but knows their way around the kitchen. Especially engaging and good at commanding a crowd. Very nutrition minded, with a heavy knowledge of good health and wellbeing. 

 

THE BALANCER - Wellness focused with nutrition and exercise expertise. Able to hold a group in conversation, whether at rest or at play. Be an epic motivator, always making others feel good about what they are doing.

 

CONTRACT DEETS:

 

Six-month contracts will be ongoing throughout 2024 on our fleet of ships across the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Australia.  All performers must be 21 years of age or older. 

 

Salary: Starting at $1,000/wk. Housing (single-cabin with private bath), transportation, and all meals provided.  Some stipend provided for clothing / looks.
